Father Bob Maguire has been named as number eight on AGL’s list of the Top Twelve Inspiring Australians. The energy company has announced the list in line with their latest “brand” (marketing lingo): “The World is Changed by Doers”.

The list was determined by a survey during October of 1002 Australians asking respondents to nominate the country’s most inspirational “Doers”. The top twelve are:
